What is Hypnosis?

 

Hypnosis is a trance-like state that takes you to a deeply calm and relaxing place in your mind, where your focus and concentration is heightened. It enables you to create desired change whilst still being able to see, hear and respond throughout... The control remains with you! You may not realise it but you access this state a number of times during the day.
